Cookies and Local Storage

1. We do not use cookies

This website does not create any cookies. There is not a single line in the page's code that writes a cookie. That is why no "accept cookies" dialog appears either — because there is nothing to accept.

Instead, we keep two small settings in your browser's own local storage (localStorage). Local storage differs from a cookie: it is not sent to the server of its own accord, it never reaches our side, it stays only on your device.

2. The two settings we keep in your browser

NameContentWhat it is forHow long it stays
3red.diltr, en, ru or de So that the page opens in the language you chose when you come back. Until you delete it
3red.gordu1 So that the intro animation plays once and does not play again on every visit. Until you delete it

That is all. They do not contain your name, your telephone number, your IP address or any number that recognises you. If both are deleted the site continues to work — you are simply asked for the language again and the animation plays once more.

3. Visit measurement

It matters to us to see where you left the form: whether people give up at the vehicle selection or at the date step, which language comes back. To measure this, we write a single record as you leave the page. The record contains the following:

What is not in this record: your name, your telephone number, your e-mail address, your IP address, any identity number belonging to you, and any marker that would recognise you on your next visit. The records are kept in order to look at the total, not at individual people: such as "40 people reached the vehicle step this week, 9 of them submitted the form".

These records are written to a Google Sheets file belonging to us and are seen only by 3RED staff. We also measure the general traffic of the page (how many visits from which country, how quickly each page opened) with Cloudflare Web Analytics; this tool likewise uses no cookies and leaves no fingerprint on your device.

4. Where the page connects out

To be honest, this is not a page that stands on its own; it connects outwards in a few places. They are all here:

Where toWhenWhat is sent
Google Fonts
(fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com)
Every time the page is opened Your browser makes a request to Google in order to download the fonts; in this request your IP address reaches Google. Moving the fonts to our own server in order to eliminate this is planned.
Google Apps Script
(script.google.com)
When you submit the form and for the visit measurement What you wrote in the form. This record goes to our Google account; here Google is the party processing data on our behalf.
Google Maps
(via the same Apps Script)
When you enter a delivery address In order to calculate the distance, the address text you entered is queried with Google. It does not go together with your name; only the address.
Cloudflare Every time the page is opened The site is hosted on Cloudflare, so Cloudflare handles the request. Your IP address and browser information are technically present in the server logs.
WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram Only when you press that button You move over to that application and from that point on their privacy policy applies. They have no tracking code embedded in the page — there is only a link.

5. Things we do not use

Listing these is as explanatory as the items we have listed above:

6. How to delete

Clearing this site's data from your browser settings deletes both settings ("Site verilerini temizle" / "Clear site data"). If you browse in a private tab, nothing remains in any case. If you wish to switch the visit measurement off entirely, your browser's tracking blocker prevents it; the site still works without any problem.
