1. Introduction
As 3RED Turizm Taşımacılık Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (the "Company"), we accept that the information you share with us is confidential and we treat this matter with care.
The Company carries on its activities at the address Gebizli Mah. Termessos Blv. Plaza GLK İş Merkezi Sit. No: 42/2/102, Muratpaşa/Antalya and, in respect of the personal data obtained from you in the course of those activities, holds the capacity of data controller under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu, "KVKK").
Personal data are used within the provisions of the KVKK, Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce (Elektronik Ticaretin Düzenlenmesi Hakkında Kanun), Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection (Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun) and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği).
The Company reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy within the framework of any amendments that may be made to the legislation in force.
2. Scope of the policy
This policy covers the confidentiality and security of the data collected while you access the website operated by the Company.
Even if the Company logo or imagery appears on platforms outside the Company, personal data must not be shared without being certain that the platform in question belongs to the Company. Our only website is 3red.com.tr, our only WhatsApp number is +90 538 030 61 10 and our only e-mail domain is @3red.com.tr.
3. Data collected
Through the rental request form: full name, telephone number, your e-mail address should you wish to give it, pick-up and return location together with the full address if any, dates and times, the vehicle you selected, flight number and your free-text note.
Technical data: the IP address and browser information held in the server logs of the infrastructure hosting the site; the records kept by the page's aggregate visit measurement, which are not linked to any individual.
Stored in your browser: only the language you chose and whether the intro animation has been seen. On this site no cookies are used. Details: Cookies and local storage.
Data we do not collect: credit card or bank details, push notification permission, location data, membership password. No account is opened on this site.
4. Purposes for which personal data are used
- verification of identity and establishing contact,
- carrying out the rental contract processes,
- fulfilment of the obligations arising from legislation,
- improving customer satisfaction and service quality,
- promotional and campaign information, only if you give separate consent.
5. Sharing of personal data
Data are not shared with third parties unless the customer consents. Sharing may be carried out to a limited extent in line with legal obligations and the requirements of the service; the necessary technical and legal measures are taken during sharing. The full list of to whom and why data are transferred is set out in section 4 of the KVKK notice.
6. Measures for the protection of data
The Company takes the necessary technical and administrative measures in order to ensure the confidentiality of personal data: encryption of the connection, limiting access to the named employees, two-step verification on company accounts and periodic review of the policies.
7. Links given to third-party sites
Any data you share through links given to third-party sites is subject to those sites' own privacy policies. The Company is not responsible for the content of these sites.
8. Your rights
Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK and how to apply in respect of these rights are listed one by one in the KVKK notice. Applications are made in writing to red@3red.com.tr or to our company address and are answered within 30 days at the latest.
9. Retention period
Where the purpose of processing ceases to exist, personal data are deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Financial and commercial records are retained for the period prescribed by the legislation. The periods are set out in detail in section 6 of the KVKK notice.
10. Keeping data up to date
It is your responsibility that the information you give us is correct and up to date. If information such as your telephone number changes, you must notify us — otherwise we may not be able to reach you in order to deliver the vehicle.
11. Legislative updates
The Company updates this policy in line with legal changes and publishes the current version on its website.
